I have Outlook 2013 connected successfully to ACT V21 Update 4. Activities sync without issue (I do not sync contacts).
Rather than have ACT always record the subject and message, I manually select via the Outlook add on when to record.
When sending an email, sometimes it records the subject and message in ACT. Other times it just records that an email was sent with no subject or message. It simply says email sent with the time / date. No, the message does not appear on the right. There is just no detail whatsoever.
