ACT Pro 2013 unable to syn with Outlook Calendar

I am using ACT 2013 on a Windows 7 computer.  I want to be able to use my ACT calender and synchronize it with my Outlook calendar.  I am taking the following steps:  Tools >>Synchronize with Outlook.  From that point the next mouse click is "grayed" out and it will not allow me to complete the task.  What is wrong?

Re: ACT Pro 2013 unable to syn with Outlook Calendar

When you refer to next mouse click, which option are you referring to? There are 3 options there, one of which is to configure the preferences, which must be done before you can synchronize.

If all options are grayed out, it's possible that you may have the Windows operating system's User Account Control (UAC) turned on. If this is the case, you can either try running Act! as an administrator, or disabling UAC. Additionally if your version of Outlook is not a supported version, you may not be able to get this to work. For more information on supported versions of Outlook, you can refer to the following knowledgebase article: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29499
