ACT Pro 2013 - Cant use Add/Remove Groups in contact view

If I try to add a contact to a group while in the contact view using the Group/Companies tab at bottom of screen, ACT freezes and a beep occurs every time I try to press any key. Esc key resets but still can't use the function. Help please

That's usually a display and monitor issue.  IF you have two monitors, try going in and changing which one is the default.  Also, make sure the DPI is set to 100% or default and not larger fonts. You may have a display driver issue as well.  Device Manager in Windows should tell you if the system is "grumpy" about the monitors.

You are amazing Patricia - just a simple solution to change the monitor default and now it works perfectly. I was getting pretty grumpy about it so thanks for your help.

Thanks for the nice words, but actually someone else on the forum was amazing. 8-)  I had this problem before and found the solution on this forum.  It's a funky .Net issue with multiple monitors.
