ACT! Pro 2012 won't open database stored on network folder

I have ACT! Pro 2012 installed on a 64 bit Win server. Databases are located in a separate folder on that server and shared. Three users access these databases. Ran fine until I upgraded the server to 64  bit and installed Win Server 2008 R2. Now, 32 bit clients get an error when trying to open the database. For example, Mary Smith has a computer named MSMITH. When she tries to open ACT! in the shared folder, an error occurs, telling her she can't open the database because it is not on the computer named MSMITH.

Of course it isn't, it's on a network folder we're trying to open the file from.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this error if you have experienced something similar?

No, but I figured it out. I ran the ACTDIAG.EXE file on the dbase and it opened fine. Thanks for following up with me.
