I just installed ACT Pro 2011 for the first time and sync'd it with Outlook. For some reason, it only sync'd 92 of the 3000+ contacts I have in Outlook. Has anyone experienced this and can point me in the right direction?
I'm using Outlo0k 2007.

First of all, can you check your Outlook contact sync settings?
From the Tools menu, click Preferences | Email & Outlook Sync | Outlook Synchronization Preferences.
In there check that under the Synchronize Contacts tab you do have all contacts ticked. The KB article detailing all this is below.
If All contacts is ticked, then try this KB article:

I am having the same problem. I have checked to make sure "All Act Contacts" is checked. I am only getting 5 act contacts sync'd to outlook.
Any other suggestions?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
