I have ACT Pro 2011. I run Windows 7. Recently Act began deleting activities when I clear the activity on the calendar. I have set Preferences to "Strikeout" when clearing an activity. But rather than placing the "strikeout" over the activity it deletes the activity from my calendar.
I recently loaded Norton 360 on this computer and have wondered if that is causing the problem. Any suggestions to correct this?? Thanks!
