ACT Pro 19- cant open database after Windows 10 update - 10/31/17

I have ACT Pro 19.2.146.0 Update 3.

 

AFter windows 10 updated yesterday.

I now am trying to open ACT & ask for a password.

I don't have a password.

I'm single user.

 

Help.

RJacks - It might be that SQL Server (ACT7) hasn't started.

 

Go to Run and type in services.msc and look for SQL Server (ACT7) and start it manually.

Here is the msg I am getting after I hit enter (no password):
Error Accessing Database
The database B.......2017 could not be accessed. In order to
access this database, check your network connection and verify
that your database server is available. It may be necessary to
disable any firewall software on your computer or the server.

I am a single user - no server.
I have not made any changes to my computer (firewall, etc.) other than
windows 10 update that was automatic (10/31/17).

Can someone please help me figure this out.
I can't get to my 5500 record database - UGH !!!

Perfect. Said SQL was running but I hit restart & I'm back up.
