MS OFFICE 2016
I HAD A MAJOR ISSUE WHEN DOING A CLEAN INSTALL OF W 10.
I COULDN'T REACTIVATE V18 BUT NOW THAT IS SOLVED.
I HAVE INSTALLED V18 ONCE AND REINSTALLED V18 ONCE.
DURING THE INSTALL I GET A SCREEN THERE'S NO DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT; BUT THERE IS THE BOX IS CHECKED IN OUTLOOK.
WHEN I CHECK THE ACT ADDIN IN OUTLOOK I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE:
LOAD BEHAVIOR: NOT LOADED. A RUN TIME ERROR OCCURRED DURING THE LOADING OF THE COM ADDIN.
WHEN I TRY TO SETUP OUTLOOK IN PREFERENCES I GET A SCREEN THERE'S NO DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT; BUT THERE IS THE BOX IS CHECKED IN OUTLOOK..
THEN ACT ASKS ME IF I WANT TO REPAIR I CLICK YES AND IT GOES THROUGH A CMD PROCESS BUT I STILL CANNOT SET UP OUTLOOK.

That was the problem.
I now remember v18 doesn't like Office 2016 64 bit.
First determined what Office was installed then I uninstalled Office 64 bit and installed 32 bit.
Act email works fine now.
