ACT! - Outlook 2010

Hello,  I am running ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1 on a new Windows 7, 64 bit computer.  I also purchased Outlook 2010 and there is no integration.  I really don't want to purchase 2011. Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Thanks,

Tom

Re: ACT! - Outlook 2010

Thank you Mike,

I quickly scanned the link.  With 64 bit, looks like I am out of luck.  Nice.

Thanks,

Tom

64bit Windows is ok... you just need to install Outlook/Office is 32bit mode (option during the install)

But note: Not excel or word integration unless you upgrade to ACT! 2011 ... you might have a look for some launch specials and go with the upgrade

Re: ACT! - Outlook 2010

Hello Mike,

I just upgraded to ACT! for Real Estate ver. 12.  Doesn't look like there is integration with Outlook 2010.  Is there?

I tried the go-around method of replacing the USpreferences206.xml and it worked for sending creating an e-mail in Outlook once...Then did not work.

Any update on this?  Just purchased it 20 days ago.

We don't have RE in Australia... but, I'd think if it's within a month, you might be entitled to a free upgrade to ACT! 2011

You'll need to check with you're local Sage office
