Trying to link to MS Access or Excel, thought an easy way for a none programmer would be using OLE.
When I try to set up link (MYDATA - NEW Dat Source...)
I see ACT! OLE DB report provider
when I select I get error - Provider Not available....
Found that it may have been replaced by report provider 2.0, but it not a selection.
Can't seem to find how to access it
Version - ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 188.8.131.52, Hotfix 1
Is there an easy way for non technophil to access ACT data in MS Acess?

If my memory serves me the 2.0 provider was made available in version 12.
As for the connection to the provider failing, you could try rebuilding the OLE objects through the diag.

Create a new text file and rename the extension to .udl. This will create an app you can use to test the connection to the OLE without having to use Access etc. This will let us know if it has anything to do with the app we're using or if it is an issue with the provider.
This may not be possible for you, but if it is I hightly recommend upgrading so you can utilize the 2.0 reporting provider, it's a big improvement to the exiting provider.
