ACT! Link for Quickbooks Compatibility

We purchased ACT 2009 and ACT Link 4.0 in the fall of 2009.  At the time, we were using QuickBooks Pro 2008, but we've been basically forced to upgrade to QuickBooks 2010, which effectively broke the link.  Has anyone heard of a patch or upgrade path for ACT Link to make it work with company files that have been converted to QuickBooks 2010?  I've heard rumors that Sage has something in development, but they're just rumors for now...

I know there is competing software out there, ie http://www.qbsalesdata.com/ but at $159 per machine I don't feel that I can justify the additional cost to the company -- especially when we just spent $99 for now-obsolete software from Sage that we never really got to use...

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.

I think Sage is leaving this to third-parties now... it hasn't been updated beyond QB 2008

We also have one nearly out, called Accounts Master! - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main/75/1

Re: ACT! Link for Quickbooks Compatibility

Have you determined a pricing structure yet (in USD)?  I welcome other ideas and feedback, since I think a large part of the ACT community needs (or will need) this software at some point...

Thanks,

Not confirmed yet... speaking to some users/resellers to see what they think it's worth

Collin,

What features do you need in a link between ACT! and QuickBooks and what quantity of users in your company need this integration?
