ACT! For Real Estate 11 and Windows 7 unable to start

I recently installed ACT and worked initially , now it stops working and closes for no apparent reason before I even open the database. Below is the error message. Thanks.

I see this on a fairly freguent basis you could try the following

 

Close all applications

go to windows key + r

type in %appdata%

Rename the ACT folder to ACTold

Close window and test
