I am using Outlook 2003 and ACT 11.1. When I use the ACT email editor to compose and send; the message stays in the outbox until I launch Outlook. The ACT outlook service is running. Is this a normal behavior?
I would prefer to use the ACT editor and not run Outlook at all. The lack of customized port settings in ACT is preventing this.
When can we expect to see the ability to change port settings?

Thank you for the response. It is what I feared. Not much has changed. The ACT email component continues to be useless. It would be nice to not have the expense of Outlook to get the features that we have already paid for in ACT.
