ACT Email 2010

ACT Email 2010

I might have a silly question but does ACT email have a Junk/Spam folder?  Sometimes emails take a couple times to be received and I was wondering if it is going to a folder that I can't see.  If there is one where can I go to display it?  Thanks

Hello FindLocalCompany,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. If using Outlook with ACT! Email, then it will emulate the folders you have in Outlook, including the Junk folder. For an Internet Mail account, I believe it's the same. However, there is no filtering done by ACT! Email, as this is done by the servers for the email account you have it connected to.
