Re: ACT Diag Crash

[ Edited ]

Good morning,

Please follow the steps in the following kb article:

http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37665

then once completed, download ResetSQL.bat from

http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36794

Again, run as administrator and answer 'y' to both prompts.  Let me know if you're still having trouble after this

Thanks

Re: ACT Diag Crash

Hi Karl

Not sure what is going on with the links you added but you get "Permission Denied" when clicking on them.

The one that should fix the issue is http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36794 and run the ResetSQL.bat as Administrator as Karl mentioned.

Re: ACT Diag Crash

Before getting to deep in problem solving just try right clicking the ACTDIAG icon and running as administrator.
