I have ACT 6.0 and ACT 2008 and ACT 2009. None will install with windows 7. I am thinking of purchasing a new Windows 7 laptop. Is there a way to make any of these work with Windows 7?I do not want to purchase a newer version of ACT. Thank you.

If you have the 64-bit Windows 7, none of those versions of the ACT! program will work on that system. I have seen ACT! 2009 work on 32-bit Windows 7 however if you upgrade to Office 2010 you will need ACT! 2011 regradless of the windows version.

is act 2011 Pro compatible with Windows 7 - 64 bit operating system? I cannot get it to install and work correctly, getting odd issues with dates, black areas on screen, etc.

Yes it is, I've had no problems with ACT! 2011 on 64-bit Windows 7 professional but I have the UAC turned off.
