Just formatted my computer and did a fresh install of ACT 10 and now when I click on the icon to start i'm getting this message and the program won't load. I've tried to repair, as well as uninstall/reinstall. Can anyone give me any ideas? Also, is there any way to talk to tech support and not have to pay $299 for a year of support? Thanks in advance guys!
