ACT Activity

Hi, 

 

Question if I close ACT activity straight away it schedules it as a History instead of an actual activity. 

 

For example if I create a call and select the option to close the completed the call straight away, ACT records it as a history rather that the call being

completed as an activity. 

 

Can anyone help?

That's working as designed. When an activity is closed (completed) it's transferred to a history entry. It's no longer a pending activity.
