i am using Act 9.0 and i am trying to set up a remote database to sync with my business partner, we both work out of seperate locations. When I try to set up the remote database it comes up with an error message that says it failed to create the remote database as teh access to the path is denied. I have tried saving it to several locations and the same message comes up. Can anybody help me?
I am not in a networked environment, but I am logged on to my computer as an adminstrator. I disabled the anti-virus and tried again and recieved the same message. Is there perhaps some permissions that need to be changed on the computer?
