Recently, I have created a new user in my team and she has the following problem:
When adding a document in the document tab of a contact the ACT problem will often completely freeze and has to be termined by CTRL-ALT-DEL. To see whether it's user related, I have tried the same and I do not have this problem (although I don't use this functionality as often as she). In addition, I changed her rights from user to adminstrator and it seemed to resolve the problem, however now it returns again as an administrator as well.
I have updated the ACT software to the latest version.
Any ideas what could be the problem here?

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. When you logged into the database as a different user, was it on her machine or a different machine? What if you login to her machine as a different Windows user? Trying to determine if the issue is related to the ACT! login, the Windows login, or the local machine (i.e, the install of ACT!).
