We have ACT 8.0 which has been out of use for a couple years. We jsut bought the 2012 version and want to convert the old files. The tech said he needs the DB username and password which we cant find. Is there a workaround for that?

There is but if you do not have visual Studio then the fastest fix is to contact tech support and I suggest for a fee they can open the database for you
