My company has recently upgraded our server and ACT software, this is the first day after the upgrade and we are unable to use our template from version 6. I have spent some time looking in the help files, etc. and Iam seeing documents that say *.tpl files (templates) will work however when we try to use them, they do not show up in the open dialogs. It seems that the files ACT 11 is attempting to look for are *.adt files and when attempting to change to *.tpl there is no other option than *.adt. We may be doing something wrong or skipping some step, however I haven't been able to figure it out. If anyone could provide some information about this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
