I have ACT installed on one of our servers. Users Terminal service (remote desktop) in to use ACT. Up until about a week ago everything was fine.
All of a sudden, they open the database and cannot see the number of contacts or scroll through using the arrows.
I log in as admin (onto server)and I can see everything fine.
Any idea what may have changed? Nothing on the server was changed
Any help would be appreciated.

If I Terminal server in as an admin, I can see the proper screen (it displays the correct number of contacts) in the top left with directional arrows to move back and forth in the Database. When others TS in with another account (windows) all I see is the directional arrows.
All users use the same ACT username to access......
Tried changing the domain account, but doesnt help

As far as I know, nothing has changed.
