ACT! 2013 PRO have not Sync Service for L.A.N (Local Area Network) remote databases right?

Sorry, now I understand ... service is not installed but the application need available for synchronization ... (that's why we must always keep open the database) thanks

Remote Tech Group now provides ACT Pro Sync Services in the Cloud, so you don't have to leave ACT! Pro open any more. Great solution instead of VPN and opening Firewall ports.
