ACT! 2013 PRO have not Network Sync Service??

ACT! 2013 PRO have not Sync Service for L.A.N (Local Area Network)  remote databases right?

But have not the link to start the installation of the Network synchronization service...

Sorry, now I understand ... service is not installed but the application need available for synchronization ... (that's why we must always keep open the database)   thanks   Smiley Very Happy

Right...the sync service in Pro is part of the ActSage.exe, so the program must running to sync. The Premium version has the separate sync services which can sync without ACT! running on the server.
