Using ACT Pro 2013 with Windows 7 Pro and Outlook 2013. When I send an email from within ACT the history does not update with the information about the sent email.
Any thoughts on how to remedy this situation?

I would recommend having a look at this KB article:
Currently only Act! Version 16 is guaranteed to be compatible with Office 2013 (Act! 2013 is version 15).

which offers a potential work around to make Act! 2013 work with Outlook 2013, but is not guaranteed to work.
