So the Community can better assist you, can you provide some additional information about your issue:
- Operating system of computer?
- How many ACT! icons appear in Outlook?
- If more than 2 icons, do the functions work?
- Are emails sent, being recorded to the database?
- How are you attempting to access the address book through Outlook?
- If you look at the Outlook Address Book list (File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Address Books tab), is the ACT! address book listed?
- If not listed, attempt to add it - successful or errors?
