I just loaded ACT 2012 PRO and I cannot get it to use Outlook 2010 as my email choice. When trying to set up email, Outlook does not even appear as an option.

Unfortunately, nothing in there refers to the 2012 version of ACT. And I've done most of what is suggested - re-setup my profile, reinstalled 2010 Outlook, etc.

If you bought the 2012 or upgrade you should have 30 days of support with it. Call the support people and let them fix it. That's what you paid for.
