We have problem at a customer where only 1 of 5 clients is not updating history correctly, the customer has 2 databases that they use, switching between them, both are set as ACT address books with the main one being the default address book. The user can generate email fine but it is only updating history in the ACT database that has the default address book.
They are running ACT Pro 2012 V14.0.572.0 Hot Fix 2. Have seen there are a couple of other hotfixes after this but nothing specific is mentioned in the detail for this problem. The pc is Windows 7 (64bit) and using Office 2007. All of the other users are also using Office 2007 but a mixture of Windows 7 and Windows XP.
Wondered if anyone else had come across anything like this.
