I have one user of ACT 2012 Pro (Windows 7 64-bit) using a remote database that has problems with a particular contact. Any time they try to add a note for this contact, ACT locks up and has to be force closed. Database has been synced and repaired but the problem persists.
Any thoughts, short of deleting the remote database and recreating it?
