Issue started today after six months of using ACT 2012 Pro.
Upon starting the software the Windows Taskbar Icon and the Task Manager indicate the software is open, but none of the software screens (GUIs) can be seen on my monitors (2). I cannot access any of the software GUIs.
I have opened/closed the software several times using the Windows Taskbar Icon and Task Manager and I have rebooted the computer.
Suggested solutions would be greatly appreciated.

It may be that the Sage ACT! program is being presented outside or the monitor viewing area. Here is an article with instructions for addressing this: KB Article 23807
