It was working fine the last time I did a sync.
ACT! 2011 started with no complaints. I selected sync contacts with Outlook. I could see the CPU do something for a second or two then it stopped.
There was no message or error reported, nothing happened.

Does a log file exist that can show where the failure occured?

I was never able to get Act to sync correctly with Outlook. Had an Act consultant walk through it with me in a go-to-meeting session and he couldn't figure it out either. Personally I am pretty unsatisfied with ACT11.
