Lets just be clear, I am very green when it comes to this software. My client uses it, and He is having a problem with the sync feature where his conversations go into the history section. I went through the setup wizard, and looked at his settings and everything looked like it SHOULD work...but like I said im very new.
Any help would be great!

It might be that the address book didn't get added properly into Outlook, or the Addin might be disabled in Outlook. Those are the most common reasons, other than an unsupported version of Outlook. In any case, you can usually fix the issue using the knowledgebase article below:
