Hi- We have 12 employees here that work off of ACT 2011.
2 computers just got upgraded and had Outlook 2013 installed (the other 10 of us have Outlook 2010 with no issues).
Now when the 2 useres on Outlook 2013 open Outlook they get the following error:
They continutally get this error as well:
Is there a Outlook 2013 fix for this?

Bottom line, ACT! 2011 isn;t compatible with Outlook 2013 due to changes made in the Outlook interface. ACT! 16 is the only version fully compatible with Outlook 2013.
