ACT! 2011 Web Info Tab - not populating addresses in map

After installing all of the hotfixes, the address fields for Google Maps and Google Driving Directions do not populate.  It just inserts several commas in the address field:

Google Maps:  ",,,,"

Google Driving Directions:  "from: ,,, to: ,,,,"

Any ideas?

Have you done an Edit of the Web Info and checked that the fields are set up correctly -Address 1 etc ...
