ACT 2011 Pro won't launch - has been working fine

My ACT 2011Pro won't launch. I tried rebooting the computer but still no success. I am running Windows7. A few times in the past I had to start the Protexis V2  service to get it to load but today I can't even get that far. Any suggestions on what I can do?? Thanks for the help!
