ACT! 2011 Pro will not fully shut down;cannot restart

After exiting the ACT! program, in Windows Vista or 7, the ACT.EXE process remains running, even though the program has been termintated.

 

To start ACT! again, I must either restart the computer, or manually go into Task Manager, and terminate the ACT.EXE process.

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

Thank you. Once I disabled Team Viewer, ACT! now terminates as it should.
