OK, I've read the outdated canned stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with my ACT! 2011 Pro, Windows 7, Outlook 2010 setup. Can anyone help me attach emails to History. It worked fine until 3 weeks after free support ended. With all the posts referencing this problem, it seems as if Sage programmed this glitch so we'd have to buy their support for $159 or $199, neither of which come with a guarantee to solve the problem. Nice business model.
