ACT-2011-Pro Synced with DoubleLook Ent. - Lost Calendar/Appointments

Hello.

Rundown of the configuration.

ACT 2011 Pro (V.13.1.111 HF1) lives on Hosted Windows 2008 R2 (RackSpace).

CompanionLink DoubleLook Enterprise installed locally on Hosted 08 Server

Exchange email Hosted with other - different service -  (1and1.com).

DoubleLook Ent. (DLE) configured to sync ACT Calendar one-way to Exchange Calendar - ACT being the Primary - not to be overwritten when Appts are deleted from Outlook/Device/Exchange. 

 

Problem:

One of the three users configured is consistently either getting her Appointments in Act "Doubled Up" - as in copied on same day - same time - or now has had all her current appointments deleted.  Gone.  Both Copies...!  Other users are unaffected.

* Synchronization has been disabled for weeks for this user.

 

Other Problem:

CompanionLink has interpenetrated log files as SQL Server being corrupt on Windows Box.  Says SQL needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.  This will be scheduled soon but hasn't affected any of the other users - is only stopping the DLE sync process - which reports isn't sync-ing.

 

Main question - why would her Appts. disappear if sync is shut off?

Any insight?

I've seen this with CompanionLink and DoubleLook ... you might speak to them and see if they can resolve it.

Tried using 123 before going with DLA.

Couldn't get the configuration to work - and the support Absolutely Sucked...!!

Yeah, the install can be tricky ... I always recommend getting them or an integrator that knows it to do the initial install

But it is more reliable when running

None the less - I didn't post here for water cooler talk about opinions of products.

I'm having a problem I was hoping someone with experience could help point me in a direction.

DL says it's an ACT problem.

Has anyone seen this happen in their environments...?

The only times I've seen this is with apps sync'ing to Outlook, Exchange or Google.

Is there anything else sync'ing with Act!?
Are you all accessing via RDP or does anyone sync?
Have you checked the filters to be sure it isn't set not to display them?
Have you run a database repair with ACTDIAG?
I would update all systems to Hotfix 6
