Outlook 2007 on a hosted exchange server with caching mode switched on. When you switch it off then Outlook freezes at start up. Remove the ACT address book from Outlook and the freezing doesn't occur (of course you need to have the ACT address book installed for integration).
Did the full reinstall of Outlook and ACT obeying the sequence in which that should occur. Created new Outlook profile, ran through the trouble shooting support article. Have tried everything! Anybody have any ideas?
