I have a client that has ACT 2011 and gets this on startup:
The Operation System cannot run expecption from HRESULT;0x800700B6
everything else runs normally except he connot open up any links to webpages in ACT. What is the DLL that is causing this issue? OS is Windows 7

You did not list the complete version of ACT!2011 and you did not mention if this was a users remote database or primary database?
Are you also running some other act! add-ons? please list.
I am guessing you are talking about act2011 pro? USA?
If yes insure all users are runing same version of act2011

You should prob be on service pack 1 hotfix6?

IF yes, I would prob close ACT! and run actdiag.
I would run the database rebuild options for that database.

I would use ACTDIAG to delete preferences.. Then go back into ACT! and reconfig your Preferences - ACT! / Tools / Preferences.
