ACT 2010

I am unable to send emails through act I've already got it set up with outlook but when I reach this screen 

I can't find anyway to send the email
at one point there was an ACT button on the tool bar but when I selected send via act it said document must be saved before I could do that. I tried saving it in every folder I could think of but I still could not send it.

Hello Vlorsom,
Welcome to the ACT! Community. This may be the result of no default email program selected in Windows. For Window 7:
- Open you Control Panel from the Start menu
- Select the Default Programs item
- Click "Set your default programs"
- Click Microsoft Outlook on the left
- Click "Set this program as default"
- Click OK

To test, click your Start button and in the Search box, type "mailto:" (no quotes, include colon). If an Outlook new message screen comes up, then Outlook is your default mail program.
