ACT!2010 to Word/ Excel - Opportunities

I am trying to create a spreadsheet of every project /opportunity we do.

In this Spreadsheet there need to be the following Information:

(Opportunity (name of opportunity)-Contact (name, phone) - Company)

But the plug-in in Word is not supporting any kind of opportunity information.

Is there an add-on or an other way besides Word/Excel to be able to create a spreadsheet like this?

Mike,
You can also use the Export to Excel function on the toolbar in the Opportunity List view. This will export the data in the Opportunity fields you have selected to display and create a pivot table.

That does work, but he needs the phone number in there.  The only contact fields he can get on the Opp List are Company Name and Contact Name.

Unfortunately, the export will not allow for columns from different tables to display. Here are some other options:

- You can add an Opportunity phone field and enter the phone number in there so it will display in the Opportunity List.

- There may be a report you can use, such as the Opportunities By Contact report. That report does have the contact's phone number on it.

- Use the OLEDBv2 provider (ACT! Premium only). See these Knowledgebase articles for more information:

KB Article 25837

- A third-party export or design tool such as the one Michael suggested in his reply. You can find these types of products at www.sagepss.com or www.actaddons.com
