ACT 2010 to Outlook 2007 sync issue - please help

I recently downloaded the ACT update and am now on Sage 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1. Since I completed the update, the outlook sync has not been performing between emails/actitivities. How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

There is no sync to emails ... you might need to be a bit more specific about the issue

Sure, so before the update, every email that I sent in Outlook would show up as an ACT activity in that contact's profile page. That isn't happening anymore. Just curious how I can get that working again.

You mean show up as a History?
Activities are for things you haven't done yet
