just freezes up - I did the repair database procedure in tools, no improvement

I've got a few questions relating to your issue :
- What is the full version of Act! you have installed? (Help > About Act)
- What version of windows are you on?
- Do any other users get this problem?
- Do you get the same problem in another database?
- Where are you adding the contact to the group? From the contact list? The group window?

184.108.40.206, Hot Fix 5
started working again after the hot fix, now (1/15) freezing again
windows 7 64 bit
in contacts. Clicking on left add to group
am updating and repairing demo database
it does the same thing
