I have ACT Premium 2010, and when I attempt to create an email from within the detail view of a contact by selecting the "Write-Email" button the <Salutation> filed is unpopulated in my email. I've tried multiple contacts. If I compose an email by selecting Write>Email Message (from Template) the <Salutation> field is correctly populated.
I've read this is an issue for other community posters as well.
I'm running ACT 2010 Premium V 12.1.181 0, Hot Fix 1
What would you suggest I try?
