Can some please tell me proper procedure for printing a single opportunity when there are multiple opportunities for that 1 specific client/CONTACT - thank you -
also is there a known bug with the 2010 opportunities sections?
When I try to do a LOOOKUP SELECTED in my opp list, that singles out that opp ok, but then when I select CREATE LOOKUP, I get taken to that opps related contact record. Takes me out of the opps section.
I was successful at printing a single opportunity by making it a member of a group such as Print Group. Then using a report to print by Group, but that is a lame work around. Your help is much appreciated in advance. Cheers - FSB

On the Opportunities By Contact Report, if the single opportunity for that contact has a different estimated close date than the others opps for that contact, then you can use a date filter to report on just that. You would first pull up that Contact's record, then right-click on one of their Opportunities and choose "Create Opportunity Lookup". The run the report and use the date filter for the Estimated Close Date of the opportunity you want to report on.
I'm not sure if this reporting is an issue or by design. However, you post a feature request for more advanced opportunity reporting by posting to the Share Your Ideas board in this forum. I will also submit this to our Developement team as well.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Thank you Greig for Reporting this PROBLEM.
Thanks for the [Edit: content removed. Please post courteously] work around. I already have a couple of those.
Such as Assigning the opp to a Print GROUP and using print group report.(not acceptable).
SAGEs ACT! Developer Team DEFFINATELY needs to know about this.
Before with 2008, I could do a lookup to get desired results, but that process does not work same in 2010 version.
HUGE BREAK in your product and I sincerely hope this gets resolved quickly. Cheers - FSB
