I reciently upgraded to ACT 2010 and it does not interface with Office 2010. I reinstalled EXCEL 2003 and the tab in opportunities worked for several days. No it is Grayed out and I have lost this function again.
Any thoughts on how to get this function back

I am setup as the Administrator of ACT and the Administrator of the computer. So where do I go from here? I am not happy that at first it seemed like it was fixed and now that I am past the warranty I need to pay to get this addressed correctly. I have been a user of ACT from the early 1990's in 3 separate jobs. (it was my suggestion each place purchased it) Makes me want to look elsewhere for my data management solutions.
