I am a new user of ACT! 2010 and my company uses Lotus Notes 7.02 as its email client. I need to get these two programs integrated together to use ACT successfully. I am using Windows 7 Pro - 64 bit as my OS. When I installed ACT I selected Lotus Notes as my email client and attempted a test email. It took a very long time for the email window to open. I typed my email and hit send and eventually I received an error that ACT email had quit working. I closed the program and now I have nothing. When I try to setup email I get an error that reads...'object reference not set to an instance of an object' and no email clients are shown in the 'select the email you want to use' box.
I am open to any suggestions....Thanks in advance for your time and attention...
