We are using ACT 2010 premium. When scheduling an activity, and selecting "send email invitation", we do get the email confirmation (accept, decline, tentative) if the contact sends it. However, we can not figure out how to get that information transferred into the ACT activity (Availability tab) . The "Show Invitation Status" button is greyed out except for internal company users.
Is there a way to do this? I have searched the KB articles and the forum in vain for an answer.

What is you are seeing is how the program is designed, you will only be able to see the Invitation Status for other users within the database. It will not show for activities scheduled with 'contacts' even if you send them an invitation email.
