I have a customer who has ACT! 2010 and was using Office 2007 - they would bring up a template from ACT! and I am guessing it modified it in Word 2007. However they wanted to use Oulook so upgraded them to Microsoft Office 2013 and they can no longer bring up the template to use. What options do I have for my customer? Is there a way to still use 2007 for this program? it is still loaded on the system. Thank you.
